Reschedule, Return, and Refund Policy

====Blended Learning courses with in person skills training and testing


Our goal is to make your training as convenient and cost effective as possible. After completing registration, your program is paid in full. You should expect no additional charges.

  • the online learning module is included in the cost of your program (unless otherwise noted)
  • The required in person skill training and testing is included in the cost of your program. 

 

Rescheduling and Missed Appointments 

  • You may reschedule the hands-on portion of your program with more than 48 hours notice for no charge or additional cost.
  • There is a $20.00 charge for rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
  • There is a $20.00 charge if you arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of your appointment time.

 

Terms & Conditions

By registering with Your CPR Connection LLC, you (the participant) accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable. Any participation or registration will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

You waive your right to claim for any and all damages or injuries that may result from participation in the Virtual Training Session. You understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks of injury involved in performing CPR/AED and First Aid skills. You agree to release Your CPR Connection LLC and any employees from any and all claims which may result from the course. 




====Remote courses

Our goal is to make your training as convenient and cost efficient as possible.  After registration your program is paid in full, you should expect no additional costs or charges.


  • Online learning is included in the cost of your program.
  • Equipment is included in the cost of your program (if applicable)
  • Shipping and return shipping is included​ in the cost of your program for CPR equipment


Requirements & Expectations 

All participants must have adequate and reliable internet in order to complete the Virtual Training Session. You must have a functioning camera that is on at all times during the Virtual Training Session. Your CPR Connection LLC is not responsible for the participant’s technical equipment functionality or internet availability. If there are technical difficulties during the skills session, you may be required to reschedule. 


You must have space to complete your skills session that is free of excessive noise or distractions. If you are unable to ensure a quiet environment, you may be asked to reschedule the session to another date or time. 


You must log into your Virtual Training Session on time. The Google Meet link will go live up to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting. The instructor reserves a full hour for your skills session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, or request to reschedule in less than 24 hours of the scheduled skills session, you must pay a $20.00 rescheduling fee and reschedule with the assigned instructor. 


You must prepare for your Virtual Training Session by reviewing the equipment checklist, setting up required equipment, and completing any necessary pre-course work. If you are unable to successfully pass your Virtual Training Session due to inadequate preparation, you will be required to pay a $20.00 rescheduling fee and asked to schedule another skills session with your instructor once you feel adequately prepared to reattempt your skills session. 


Refunds and Cancellations​

The program you chose may consist of an online learning module and may require a shipment of CPR equipment to your home.

  • If you have not started your online learning module and your CPR equipment package has not been shipped you may cancel your program and receive a 100% refund.
  • If you have started your online learning module and your CPR equipment package has not been shipped you may cancel your program and receive a 50% refund.
  • If your CPR equipment package has been shipped we are unable to offer any refund.


Rescheduling and Missed Appointments


The remote program consists of a certified American Heart Association instructor working with you in an online classroom. 

  • You may reschedule the hands-on portion of your program with more than 24 hours notice for no charge or additional cost.
  • There is a $20.00 charge for rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.
  • There is a $20.00 charge if you miss your appointment or log in more than 10 minutes after the start of your appointment.


Your CPR Equipment package


The remote program may include the use of a CPR equipment package. This package contains everything needed to participate in the hands-on portion of your program. We have a limited number of CPR equipment packages.  We ask that you make arrangements to return your CPR equipment package within 48 hours after the hands-on portion of your program.


  • Your CPR, First Aid, or BLS Provider certification will not be processed until UPS scans your prepaid return shipping barcode.
  • We are happy to help you locate a UPS Access Point in your area. 
  • If your CPR equipment package is not returned within 10 days of the hands-on portion of your program you will be charged the full amount of a replacement CPR equipment package of up to $468.00


If you need to make any changes to your registration we will always do our best to accommodate your needs and work with you.  Contact us anytime through our website or by replying to ANY of the emails you receive from our company after you register.


Equipment Shipping 

Your CPR Connection LLC agrees to ship the equipment necessary to perform the registered Virtual Training Session. Shipping will take 2-5 business days for delivery once initiated. You will receive a shipping notification including a tracking number for UPS. It is your responsibility to track the expected delivery date of the equipment and make necessary arrangements to secure the equipment timely. Your CPR Connection LLC does not bear responsibility for lost or stolen equipment once the equipment has been delivered to the address provided, as confirmed by UPS Tracking. Consequently, there is a $100.00 Equipment Restocking Fee for equipment that is lost or stolen after delivery. Please notify us immediately to initiate a new equipment shipment.


Your CPR Connection LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays and will make every effort to deliver your equipment prior to the scheduled Virtual Training Session. If the equipment will not arrive in time, your skills session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. 


Equipment will be sanitized and checked prior to shipping. If there are any damages or malfunctioning equipment, you must notify us immediately. Arrangements will be made for the equipment to be returned and new equipment shipped, if necessary. If equipment is damaged due to the participant’s negligence or is not returned, the student will be charged the full retail price of replacement items.


Your American Heart Association certification (eCard) will not be processed until your equipment is dropped off and the prepaid return shipping label is scanned by UPS. Equipment must be returned within 48 hours following the completed skills session. Please be mindful that equipment is limited, and in order for Your CPR Connection LLC to ship equipment timely, it must be returned as soon as possible. 


If the equipment is not returned within 10 days of the skills session, you must pay a Lost Equipment Fee for the full retail price of replacement items of up to $468.00. Failure to pay the fee will result in the cancellation of your eCard and the account being pursued by our collections department. 


Safety 


Equipment will be sanitized prior to shipping. Although manikins come with lungs installed, students will not be required to perform direct mouth-to-mouth ventilation on the manikin at any point during the Virtual Training Session. Therefore, we requested that you do not place your mouth on either the adult or infant manikin, other than to inflate as necessary. Cleaning wipes will be included with your equipment for additional cleaning as necessary.

American Heart Association Course Fees Disclaimer 


The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
